All sessions free first five minutes, this way you may see if we are a good fit together. I would like you to be as comfortable with me as I want to be with you.
I take into consideration the needs of the person at hand. Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, Alternative Medicine, Psychotherapy are some of the therapies that I may employ in the facilitation of your needs.
Mental and emotional health is important to keep in check, and I am here to help you with that. I listen to what your needs are and design an appropriate plan of care to suit those needs.
If you already have a diagnosis, that would be helpful for me to know. This way a plan of action can take place with only a few questions asked of you and services may begin immediately.
