Being a Med. Graduate and a Sports person, I am constantly approached by family members and friends for advice. I started to train at a very young age. Being part of a swim team, demanded, not only a great physical effort, but discipline as well. Hence, Nutrition, Health and Body Training have been one of my life's greatest passions. I'm always looking for ways to achieve a higher physical potential.
Needless is to say that, throughout the years, combining both my knowledge in medicine with my personal training experience, came naturally and effortlessly.
Aside from Nutrition and Fitness, I feel comfortable in several medical fields. My internship has involved working countless hours in ER's (Emergency Rooms) and OR's (Operating Rooms) as part of my professional M.D. training.
