Hello, My name is Loren Wood and I would like to help you with your health and physical fitness programs. I have taught Wellness, Health Education, and Physical Education for many years. All of this experience may be of benefit to you on your jouney to better health. You should know that I am an American Council on Exercise certified Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist. My expertise includes not only health, wellness, and physical fitness, but also nutrition and care giving.
I am available to offer advice, individualized programs, and to listen to your concerns. After listening to your present needs, we will discuss a plan of action, and then develop an individualized program which will meet your needs.

You should know that I have the education, teaching experience, and practical experience to help you. I have been a Wellness Consultant, as well as a college and high school Wellness, Healtlh Education, and Physical Education teacher. Part of my practical experience includes being a long-term caregiver to my Mother.
By the way, I am an Ironman and have completed the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon. I also finished in the top five (age group) at the American Berkebeiner Cross Country Ski Marathon.
