I am able to offer sound advise to clients based on solid research and years of professional practice in the field of education which includes experience in both public and private schools, universities and colleges, and independent schools throughout the country. I have been a teacher in grades K-8, an administrator and educational leaders for K-8 schools, a professor at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, and Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA as well as an educational consultant for failing schools, and for schools practicing Multi-Age philosophy with portfolio and un-graded programs. I am currently the Director of a learning center that specializes in helping children with learning differences. I consult with families, teachers, administrators to try and help all stakeholders make significant and sound decisions that will assist children in becoming successful students. I enjoy and feel quite confident in mentoring future teachers, students who need guidance and direction, and parents who have all but "given up!" I love to recommend, counsel,
lead, encourage, and engage people in choices that will help them to become and remain lifelong learners. I also am deeply involved in brain learning research and brain health practices.
