My Expert Service

I am directing a unique pediatric airway team at Shaare Zedek Mediacl Center, Jerusalem, Israel, with a multidisciplinary approach to breathing problems in infants and children. Special emphasis: on children with apneic spells and life threatening events. I specialize in various endoscopic procedures and have gained a lot of experience in functional endoscopic sinus surgery in children, including complicated cases like children suffering from Cystic Fibrosis.
As a senior lecturer at Tel Aviv University I am dedicated to research of the upper airways in SIDS (=Cot death) especially the larynx. As the founder and head of the "Israeli society for the Study and prevention of Infant Death" I have recently organized and chaired VIIIth International ESPID Conference in Jerusalem on "Prevention of Infantile Apnea and Sudden Infant Death: On the Verge of The Millenium".
