As a licensed real estate broker, I have been trained as a relationship or counseling consultant to advise clients on their most important lifetime purchase. As a new home sales manager for 15 of those 25 years, I not only acted in a sales and managerial capacity from the inception of a neighborhood from "dirt" only (no houses constructed yet), to the coordination of interior design, landscape design, homesite selection, interior and exterior selections, plan modifications, mortgage implementation, facilitation of realtor relationships, and construction coordination with all of these, The combination of all of these facets of the building experience, similar to a spoke within a wheel, is imperative to assure client and builder/company satisfaction, providing a pleasant buying experience for the new home owner and a profitable bottom line for the builder or company I worked for.

I have been involved in general brokerage as an agent, a broker, and a broker-in-charge for over 25 years. For the past 15 of those 25 years, I was a sales rep or sales manager for several of the top new home national builders in the country. From my first year in the real estate industry, I consistently reached multimillion dollar sales status and was also honored at sales and marketing banquets through NAHB every year.
