• Performed maintenance on Wintel computers for Manual Sanchez owner of Promociones Sanchez & the night club El As de Oros as well as the family’s personal computer removing unnecessary software, performing preventive maintenance and installing both software updates & hardware as needed.
• Research on the Internet on how to resurrect a Power Macintosh G4 (Gigabit Ethernet)/400 MHz that would not restart after tooling around with video card grommets with the door closed.
• Worked for Gizmo Custom Systems in Los Angeles, CA as a computer consultant for the client The Brokaw Company, performing preventive maintenance on Macintosh computers in the office as well as their residence where broadband Internet & a wireless network connection is setup.
• Managing accounts receivable & inventory via Microsoft® Excel for Mac 2004 version 11.2.5.
• Performed maintenance on the Macintosh computers for Dr. Frederick K.C. Price, D.D. & staff at the Crenshaw Christian Center & remotely.

The position held before was with E.B. Electronics. The duties that I performed were as follows:
