DETAILED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: -
1) Present Employment: - as a Clinical Associate at Metro Hospitals and Heart Institute, Noida.
Metro Group of Hospitals & Heart Institute: - Metro Heart Institute an ISO 9001: 2000 approved institute, 110 bedded dedicated advance heart care center, is one of the largest Heart Hospitals of its kind in the country. It provides international standard heart care and has established impeccable proven record of performing more than 30,000 procedures with excellent results and has been providing facilities of total cardiac care comparable with any advanced heart center in the world. It has 45 beds dedicated to intensive care. Besides, there are two fully equipped cardiac operation theaters, two state-of-the-art Cath Labs, computerized pathology services and blood bank.
2) Resent Employment: - From October 25th 2004 to May 15th 2006
I worked at Fortis Heart Institute & Multi Speciality Hospital as an Emergency Medical Officer in the department of Internal Medicine and Acute Medical Care.
FORTIS is a Ranbaxy promoter group company and is an international affiliate of Partners Healthcare System comprising of Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham & Women's Hospital, the leading teaching hospitals of the Harvard Medical School. Fortis Hospital is a 250-bedded leading tertiary care multi-specialty hospital with super specialty in Heart.
Job Responsibilities: -
My work included the management of all type of medical emergencies admitted through the triage in the ward or MICU (Medical ICU). My duty hours were 48 hours per week. I had an assess to a wide spectrum of cases including cardiac, neurological, respiratory and surgical as well as emergencies of other specialties reporting to the hospital. I was also involved in monitoring of patients in high dependency unit (HDU). In addition we have to accompany the ambulance to transfer the patients.
