I have been the I.T. Manager at the U of M for 10 years; & also have many years experience as a field engineer/consultant to customer sites - I know both Windows & Mac platform at the expert level; the same with Windows & Mac servers. I enjoy troubleshooting issues and a shark when doing it - I make sure to solve the root core issue-no job is complete until the issue is resolved so it does not reoccur again.
