As a Java developer I have been working in both J2SE and J2EE edtion.
Here are some of my projects:
J2SE
a. AOP implementation using XML meta-data.
b. advanced automatic JMX manangement server for securing and controlling applications (Java and non-java).
a. credit-card processing network agent for Domino using custom protocol.
b. integrating Java applications through JMX and JNI.
c. lexical analyzer.
d. search engine for words and sites.
e. cache arhitecture and implementation for in-house product.
J2EE
a. JBoss 3.x configuration and deployment in network environment (including chaining other services like Tomcat or MQseries with the container).
b. multi-tier application including EJBs, JSPs and custom protocol implementation acting as a WebService.
c. Deploying application on Tomcat 4.x and Resin 2.x-3.x.
d. moving JDBC code to EJB tier.
