As I stated I am a nutritional consultant. I help people to understand what changes should be made to bring your body to it's optimal health. I help with consultation, information and recipes. I help my regular clients by going to their home and helping them make healthy meals.

I have been a culinarian and a pastry chef at different hotels; including the Ritz Carlton and Disney World. I am presently self employed helping my clients to, just as I did, go from diets full of trans-fats, chemicals, and dangerous sugars, to one that is healthful but still delicious... as much as possible.
