Quick, substantive designs and practical, personable design advice to help with the simplest, down to earth project to the most substantial ones. I am especially good at rapidly coming up with helpful option after option for your exploration and benefit. Options can be as you direct: mild to wild, super efficient and environmentally sustainable to increasingly generous, customary to meaningfully expressive. I am lightning fast with the easy projects like space planning, interiors and small projects. I am particularly proficient with the most challenging ones like transforming old buildings to make the result sing, solving “impossible” situations with innovation, and creating value with design instead of money.
In lieu of full architectural services, some find great cost advantage to take the designs created with me to their builder, draftsman or other licensed professional to take over, redraw and/or produce the actual construction documents. Some clients send designs they have obtained elsewhere to see what better options I might find. Services can take the form of written advice, plans, elevations, sections and details via sketches or more refined cad drawings.

Experience & Qualifications

I am an award winning architect that has been passionately working for great design for over 25 years. I have broad experience with homes (custom and production), offices (buildings and space planning – business, medical, educational, etc.), commercial (retail, grocery, restaurants, etc.), churches, schools (K - 12, technical academies, university law school & library), institutional / governmental (recreation center, child care, laboratories, airport, museum, etc.), automotive (dealerships, shops, etc.), etc. In addition to helping clients via full service architectural practice, I have done my own speculative building projects, written numerous articles as the city newspaper’s architectural critic and have been a visiting architectural school juror.
I am a practicing registered architect in Nevada (USA) with my firm “Architectural Solution”. Therefore, full design services can be provided for projects in Nevada. Design services may also be provided for conceptual projects that have only a hypothetical location, or, otherwise only as allowed per regulations in your particular state or country. I hope to have the privilege of serving you.
