I typically provide q & a sessions on all aspects of ecommerce (technology, hosting, platforms, conversion rate, proper layout, checkout process, infrastructure, back end management, online marketing, organic search engine optimization, and pay per click advertising).
I also provide site analysis via email. I provide a minimum 1,000 word report on how to improve your website/ecommerce site. You can say quite a lot in 1,000 words :)
I served as the CEO of an ecommerce software company serving over 8,000 small businesses (and some big businesses as well). In that role, I was able to have a bird's eye view of thousands of businesses, allowing me to learn what works and what doesn't.
I also learned every aspect of promoting products and services online. I serve as an online marketing consultant for MSNBC, appearing regularly on Your Business, hosted by JJ Ramburg.
