My expertise lies in teaching basic computer-function skills to the general public.
In order to reach the internet-oriented public, I have combined all the lessons into a step-by-step program in an to easy to read format; bound in a beautiful three-ring binder and index by sections.
This program is filled with information necessary to process data within any data-processing program. As an added bonus I have included two sections: 1) a samples sections which contains a copy of various documents (i.e., letter, fax, memo and many more) and 2) a reference section suggesting other books that the reader become experienced with various business types of documents.
My course-book is a great manual to have around and can be used in the home as well as at the office.
