I know—I’m a third year communications student at Boston University, and I’ve seen classmates struggle in various disciplines of study because their writing skills aren’t up to par. Whether you want to be an English major, engineering major, or anything in between, you need to know how to write well if you hope to compete for high marks in school and find success in your future career.
You shouldn’t pass something in if you’re unsure of your grammar, diction, organization, or voice.
