Mr. Cleary established Employee Performance Consulting in 2009. In this practice he provides coaching, consulting and training & development services to companies of all sizes. In addition, he works with individuals to help assess individual professional and organizational development needs he often he works with in-tact management teams during off-site retreats to examine their working relationships, identify areas for common development and develop approaches to close gaps. Since 20009, Mr. Cleary has been the primary instructor of "Principles of Managements", the first class as part of an MBA program delivered by UBS 18, India's first open, on-line MBA program.
