To provide leadership for the company's strategic direction,market penetration, recruiting assistance, off site HR Managment, and play a key role in client relationships and profitable company revenue growth. We create and drive a winning company’s culture while building an outstanding senior and mid-level team. We also manage company operations/functional roles/budgets as well as lead all future rounds of business development. Approve, execute, and administer all client contracts. I oversee all client assignments and inface with all clients. Lead teams in giving shape to extensive analyses of cutting-edge strategic issues.

•Execute and manage business development and expansion for Fortune 500 Clients Ericsson, Verizon Business and Verizon Wireless $5-$14 Million accounts
•Implement strategic reporting and SWOT projections
•Monitor On-going auditing of performance
•Create monthly forecast of revenue/margin growth opportunities
•Research financial reporting including Aged AR issues and development proactive contingencies.
