Working for Princess Cruises and Tours gave me an insider's look at the travel industry, cruising specifically, with some experience in hotels as well. I can answer many travel question regarding visa and passport necessity, as well as in-depth and detailed answers about a cruise experience. I worked in customer service, booking reservations for both cruises and for Alaska hotels and rail, as well as assisting people in booking and choosing air. I still do these things for my family and friends, so I am not out of practice. I have been on cruises and land tours, so I have firsthand experience in the industry as well as the knowledge of behind-the-scenes.

4 years working for Princess cruises & tours; with duties including but not limited to: Booking and maintaining reservations for cruises and cruisetours to all areas of the world; answering questions about cruise vacationing; knowledge of visa requirements as well as vaccines for certain areas of the world; booking and maintaining land tour reservations for Alaska hotels and rail; troubleshooting the Princess website with customers. Also included are my experiences as being the travel consultant for many friends and family members where I have given advice on modes of travel and destination. Recently, I singlehandedly planned my aunt's destination wedding with travel accommodations for twelve people including a cruise, hotel stay, transfers and air travel.
