I have extensive experience both personally and professionally with Eating and Anxiety Disorders. As both a Registered Psychologist and a survivor of anorexia and bulimia, I am uniquely qualified to treat a range of problems, and have developed treatment techniques that have helped others through their struggle for over twenty years. Trained in cognitive-behavioral methods, and with particular interests in mind/brain/body interactions and positive psychology, I tailor an individualized treatment plan for your needs. I am also a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Capilano University, and have taught Psychology courses since 1989.
