What is my background?
I am an NLP Master Practitioner and a student of Contemporary Psychotherapy with
Beeleaf Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in London, England.
I currently work in the UK for the NHS as a Specialist Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
In this role I deliver short Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) interventions for
people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
I also specialise in Anger Management and I am the key facilitator for the
Anger Management Group within our NHS service. If you are experiencing anger and
frustration then you have come to the right place. I have a proven track record
in helping large groups of people come to terms with their aggressive communication styles and
I provide a practical and structured psychological intervention that will help you
move towards a calmer and more assertive future from the very first session.
