As a National Sales & Marketing Manager for a well-known, $74mm consumer goods division I led 22 salesmen in 6 launches of new products, increasing revenues by 12%. Responsible for our business development as well, I also created 5 original product and marketing ideas along with our Ad agency and PR Firm.
As a Senior Account Executive for a subsidiary of an $800mm MNC I originated a Marketing and Sales Productivity System, enabling me to win my 18th sales award to date. While in University I led NBA sports promotions for RJR Nabisco and marketing research for the CBS Television Network.
I am a graduate of Cleveland State University (Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.). My B.A. Degree in Business Administration comprises of a Major in Marketing, with honors and specialization in International Business. My one-term US Army military tour of duty included having coordinated and managed 8,500 personnel spread over 3 large communities in a combat-ready unit overseas. I have completed all the Xerox Learning System’s Professional Selling Skills Courses. I have attracted guest lecturer invitations from CSU, NYU, IRI, Harvard Club, Thunderbird and Dr. Philip Kotler’s ISEM, of Kellogg-NWU.
Besides my English and Italian fluency, I am conversant in two other European languages. The ways of life, business practises and customs of many lands are quite familiar to me.
