this person provides very poor solutions and fails to follow information. he is ignores the most explicit instructions and then lies to avoid any sense of liability for his actions. do not hire him if you want work which is even barely acceptable. His comprehension of english is poor. Find someone else on live person. avoid this person- period. do not waste your money on this person's poor services.
