3)Preparation of BOQ’s, estimates & execution plans for expansion project & modifications.
4)Monitoring & control of OPEX & CAPEX with true implementation of budget.
5)Planning & scheduling of preventive maintenance activities of plant.
6)Used Oracle’s CMMS package on maintenance & inventory management plans/activities.
7)Preparation of plans & Coordination for the Annual Turn Around of the plant using Primavera.
8)Progress monitoring & control during annual turn around.
9)Technical evaluation of bids for the execution of maintenance / modification jobs.
10)Coordination with operation department for the trouble shooting & improvement of the plant.
11)Responsible for the implementation of the established procedures/standards in Maintenance Department including Workshop.
