With proper body mechanics and workspace design I can help you to rid your self of discomfort or pain. My degree is in Kinesiology and I have 15 years of experience in the field of ergonomics. I currently am the Ergonomic Coordinator for all Faculty and Staff at a University. Pain and discomfort has decreased with workers that have engaged with me.
You can send me pictures of your workspace and I can help you to design it properly. I can also provide you with information on the proper tools to perform your work.
I can teach you about proper posture and give you exercise tips on how to stay healthy in your work environment.
