Thank you for visiting my page! I have been working in a management position in the mortgage servicing industry for the past 10yrs. Managing default servicing and providing financial assistance to people in default with their home loans. My goal has always been to help people avoid foreclosure and stay in the home. I have expertise in foreclosure, modifications, short sales, Deed in Lieu, and forbearance plans. Credit and lending consultations and financial debt management and planning. I am also a personal finance coach with expertise in economics and investments. Most recently I have been managing a department that works with Homeowner associations. I have extensive expereince in handing HOA and Condo associations and am fluent on HOA and Condo law in all States in the U.S.
Prior to my mortgage servicing positions, I managed a bank lending branch specializing in mortgage loans and sub-prime auto loans. I have extensive experience in sub-prime credit and lending along with assistance in understanding credit and FICO scores, etc.
