25 years delivering a wide variety of programs and projects including the areas of application development, process improvement, strategy, product development, regs/compliance, and operational assessment. 10 years improving, creating, and automating PMO's and developing and coaching project management staff. 15 years process improvement experience including CMMI and Lean Six Sigma, with 10 years driving strategy and programs for enterprise wide improvement efforts. 6 years executive experience in $350-$400 million organizations including international responsibility for operational improvement. 10+ years working directly with C-level leaders on day to day performance of process and project initiatives.
