The service I provide is comprehensive and effective. Firstly, I discuss your strengths and weaknesses as you see them. I validate your feelings in a non-judgmental way. I then seek your commitment to learning new skills such as communication (eg active listening), build self-esteem, romance, assertiveness, and give ideas on how you can improve your sex life. I use EFT to remove emotional baggage from the past including abuse isssues and life coaching to help you to set new goals for the future.
