Having been a kindergarten, first and second grade teacher as well as the Director of a large preschool for many years, I have developed a successful reading program based on phonetic awareness. It is easy to teach your young child to read if you understand how to approach it and reading becomes fun for children and parents as they learn basic skills.
I also posess great "Back to School" ideas for young children and preschoolers leaving home for the first time!
