As Sales & Marketing Director of a 60 person business, he increased T/O by 40% and profit by 35% in the first year.
As Divisional Director (Asia Pacific) of a FTSE100 company with responsibility for 300 staff and 5 operational units I reversed a monthly loss of AUD$200,000 and returned it to break-even in 6 months.

The best way I can show how I can help is by listing some case studies and their outcomes.
We enabled a transport business to restructure and rid themselves of operations losing £160,000 and return a profit of £250,000 on a much streamlined operation. More importantly we enabled the owners operate a business on a 9-5 basis rather than as previously working 12 hours per day often for 7 days a week
A retail florist was in serious trouble, we liaised with their creditors including the inland revenue to reschedule payments of arrears in a way that was sustainable in addition we worked with the owners to restructure their operations to develop a viable business. We recently undertook some cash flow founding based on their credit card sales this gave them the necessary working capital to buy in the necessary stock for the busy Christmas period.
A beauty salon in central London had run into some serious cash flow problems as a result of poor sales and faced with significant relocation costs as their short term lease was coming to an end. We were able to quickly identify short term revenue opportunities to develop complementary services around their core business. We also worked with them to restructure their debts and helped find affordable alternative premises.
I have worked with an engineering company to reorganise its processes, sharpen its sales activity and develop its management team. As a result their business has turned around from a loss £300k to a profit of £56k in 18 months
