I got myself improve in the skills such as allocation and management of work and resource, time management, working to meet targets. I used my technical ability in core java, hibernate and spring to effectively perform my work.

The client was WebMd. The role was a technical documentum developer. I was involved in the design and development of modules within the project. I developed my knowledge in documentum and its products during this period.
2004 – 2006 Mindtree Consulting, Dubai – Programmer Analyst
The role was software developer. The main tasks were to develop both for client side and the server side programs. I applied the theoretical knowledge of OOAD, Database management, UML into practice. I strengthened my technical abilities during this period, especially in Core and advanced Java, Hibernate, Spring.

Terrible!!! Worst of the worst and there have been some terrible ones on here. No communication, no work, nothing. What's the point??!!

First time working with Sundara - he understood the requirements and delivered the answer required. Would like for things to be a bit speedier as took about an hour and I may have been able to figure out myself using Google within an hour but take into account I was talking about other project possibilities - so will give beneft if the doubt and see with further work competence with VBA/macros
