"Event Planning" has become more of a necessity nowadays. It has become a fundamental part of the society, to help us stay in touch with the latest trends and decor designs. Ensure smooth running of the events, with everything professionally organized. No doubt, time is money nowadays and managing events at such short notices becomes even more impossible. Especially when behind every function success is to be certain. That why, we Event Planners are here for. Making you every occasion more unique, outstanding, lively and of course memorable that every guest of yours admire. Keeping track of minute details, budgeting, establishing dates, finding out sites and providing with the latest décor, designs and color schemes is what I do.
Events I have organized over the past few years briefly include:
Celebrations (fairs, weddings, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries);
Education (conferences, meetings, graduations);
Promotions (product launches);
And Last but not least Commemorations (memorials, civic events).
With my vast experience and professional developed skills
I plan on offering my services here on Live Person now. Though, I won't be able to supervise at the event site, due to the limitations, I’ll offer my help in all the other ways, an Event Planner can. I’ll assist in finding good and appropriate event sites, conducting evaluations of the event and creating event designs. Event designs include all the decorations, sitting arrangements, flower arrangements, color schemes, etc.
Clients can contact me for anything regarding to their event. Whether it’s just a simple opinion they are looking for. Or want to discuss a certain issue, where I’ll pin point the pros and cons, and will tell what will work the best. We can discuss ways to cut down prices, by using alternatives, and making the function more economical.
