35 years in the restaurant business has brought me full circle, and of late I have been cooking for independent retired people. My experience is centered mostly around resorts, lodges, and facilities that provide food services for groups. Fund raising has also been a large part of my experience as a member of the Canadian Chef's Association.
As I live on the West Coast, we like to find the freshest food possible. What is better that grilled fish flavoured with olive oil and lemon with a crisp salad and a dish of berries and cream?
