A complete waste my time. Although I laid out the problem in much detail, it became clear that this expert did not even appear to have a fundemental grasp of the issue, and the "advice" offered was totally inadequate and was just stating the obvious (eg "Defrag your computer). I sorted out my problem by "Googling" the issue in the end.

The assignment was not on time and I couldnt even open the file she sent, we tried for an hour and I still could not open the file after a hour an so i am requesting a refund.
