I have been cooking for 15 years, and am ready to help you! Do you have questions about mediterranean cooking? Italian, Asian, French, or Spanish cooking? I can help! I can also help with menu planning and recipe troubleshooting! I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate who is working and has worked as a professional cook, caterer, and private cooking teacher. I have worked profesionally in both luxury five-diamond hotel kitchens, as well as prominant restaurants in the Philadelphia area.
