Experience & Qualifications

I have worked as a pastry chef in fine dining restaurants, bakeries, and luxury hotels. Most recently I opened a hotel in South Florida as the head pastry chef. I also have experience as a culinary instructor. Currently I cater specialty desserts and cakes from my home.
