I have worked with hotels for many years and provided them with concierge service for 4 of them. I have written reviews for restaurants all around the world.
My extensive travels have provided me with the knowledge to know what Italian food really is like, I've had the best and worst french cuisine and everything in the middle.
My hobbies include cooking and reviewing restaurants in the Pacific Northwest. I also work with hotels currently to constantly monitor feedback on restaurants.
