I was in a band for 7 1/2 years, traveling around the world and playing shows and festivals. Throughout this time, I have dealt with completely unfit managers, crazy record company people from a major label, crazy bandmates, prejudice being a girl in a band, and planning tours myself. I also have experience tour managing. I have a lot of knowledge about how to get what you want from record companies, what shows you should and shouldn't play, firing people you work with, getting opening slots on big tours, and budgeting for touring. How you approach a tour can make or break your band! If you're in a band and need any advice at all, I can be very helpful!
