I have been actively involved in the music industry as a professional since 1987. I am an ASCAP publisher and a BMI writer/publisher as well as a performing artist, guitarist, and a producer. I am a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. I am knowledgable in many aspects of the industry and can offer you another point of view.

I have produced three independent albums as a solo artist and as a band member, and got my original music on the radio as an independent artist in the eighties and the nineties. I have played guitar on many recording sessions, and have played in many venues from small clubs to festivals.
