Successfully preparing for your college dance audition is challenging, especially if you are a college transfer student. Each school you audition for will have different requirements you will need to fulfill. I can help guide you in the: 1. Organizing of your application materials, 2. Provide tips on writing your cover letter and dance resume, 3. Offer insight on how to perform a successful dance audition in ballet, modern, improvisation, as well as presenting your own choreography and 4. Give insight into the personal interview process. Many of my students have successfully auditioned at a number of schools and must make a decision as to which school they will attend. Each dance department at a college/university is unique. I can guide you in how to determine what dance program is best for your dance career goals.

Experience & Qualifications

Currently I am a dance college professor at a two-year school. Throughout the year I work with my dance students to prepare them to transfer to another school. I have taught dance at and choreographed for universities, colleges, professional dance companies and private studios. I have 30 years of experience in the field of dance as a performer, educator, choreographer, fund-raiser, director, and producer. My students have successfully auditioned for: CAL Arts, Rutgers, Cornish College of the Arts, Cal State Long Beach, UC-Irvine and more.
