Since childhood I have written poetry, song lyrics, historical essays, and fiction. As a professional entertainer I made extensive use of my lyric and poetry writing skills. As a fiction author I have one finished novel at a publishing house, and another in the progress. For over twenty years I have written marketing collateral and copy, for my own businesses, and for other concerns, the latest being my last employer, JOON New York, www.joonpens.com, where 90% of the product descriptions, and all of the manufacturer history pages are my work. As a consultant in the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) arena, I wrote specifications for SMB to C-level corporation needs analysis reports, proposals, and post-installation system evaluations. Since 1993 I have written software and hardware reviews. My computer and Web experience is extensive, going back well into the pre-Mosaic days.

Proposed two major SW suites: Software Finesse FlexSuite, and OTG Xtender Solutions (now EMC3), together with AMOS I-Compare Paris-based remittance processing solutions (since acquired by IRIS). Kodak, Fujitsu, and Canon scanners and complex imaging devices, HP and Dell PCs and servers, Plasmon and HP storage devices utilised the given SW package(s).
4) General manager in several secular and Christian bookstores, in Miami, New York, and Boone, NC. Aside from all of the nuts-and-bolts managerial duties, I produced the majority of advertising copy, and other marketing collateral.
