Formatting includes indenting new lines, double spacing the document, and chapter breaks. It also includes resizing the manuscript to the author specified size and setting the margins. It will also include the following:
- insert of a title page (if requested)
- insert of a copyright page (if requested)
- Document Justification if specified (left, right or fully justified)
- Page numbering, headers and footers
- Removal of incorrect formatting such as
- unnecessary carriage breaks
- manual double spacing
- badly formatted tabs
- unnecessarily hyphenated words
Formatting can include changes until the format is satisfactory to both parties, up to a maximum of three revisions.
This service does not include creation of any images or graphics. In addition, no liability is accepted for insertion of any images/pictures the author does not own or have permission to use. Duration of format will depend on the number of pages given.
- Basic Editing (40,000 words or less) - $180
