I hired him before. The paper was good. But he gave me the paper late by saying the local time different between my city and his city. I accepted this excuse.
Then I hired him for two book reviews like 2 weeks upon the headline.
He disappeared by saying that his location has blackout and no electricity on the due date, but he said that he will send me the book reviews soon and will be contacting me via his Iphone. Never heard back from him!
Until I hired other experts to work on the book reviews (only 2 days left until the headline) and he sent me the book reviews, but its 1 day late and I passed the deadline.
The book reviews requires 10 pages and he sent me 5-6 pages but trying to make it 9 pages by TRIPLE-space or even more.
Really disappointed and he is trying to issue me an invoice.
He used this excuse before as you can see his other ratings but its really up to you to trust him or not.
If you set your deadline a week upon the real deadline then hire him.
Be I suggest you to think twice!

I am very dissapointed with him I have used him before and he was good but this time he submitted the work 2 days after the deadline.
