Current Role:
Senior Management Accountant / Systems Accountant - Discovery Health South Africa - a varied role in private health insurance (at the administration company which runs the operations) reporting to the CFO which includes many aspects of financial systems work including development of our data warehouse, ad-hoc financial analysis including valuations for acquisitions, benchmarking and costing models, regular management accounting including driver based costing (including call centres) and executive forecasts.
There is a strong focus on Microsoft Access and Excel including VBA.
Prior to this developed reconcilation databases in the payroll department.

Current Education:
CIMA - currently registered to complete by end of 2010. I have also made progress towards an Honours Degree.
I am keen to establish an additional income by means of a regular client base. It is my aim to become independent and thereafter to set up an online business. Work on LivePerson will contribute to this.
