I started my career as Indian Revenue Service (Class-I) officer and served the Central Excise, Custom & Service Tax department as Deputy Commissioner.
After that I started law practice in these areas of law and presently heading a full service Law Firm in the Name of Rajesh Kumar & Associates.
I advice various clients in these areas. I also lead litigation in these area before various authorities, including Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tax tribunals, FEMA Tribunal etc. Many of the cases argued by me has been reported in leading Law journals.
I am a prolific writer and have, to my credit many papers published in leading law journals. A few of my papers are also available on internet.
I am recognised as leading expert on various other web portals and has advised hundreds of querists on legal and taxation matters.
