I was charged for him answering questions which I did not ask. While he was clarifying my actual question. Even when the question was answered it was confusing and unclear. I am not an accountant, so I was looking for clear concise answers here. I was left feeling as confused as when I contacted him. I didn't dare ask for more clarification because he kept raising the price.
