Currently an entrepreneur. I am a senior veteran of NICE Systems, a worldwide leader in Contact Center solutions with yearly revenue of approximately $500M.
In my pervious roles at NICE Systems I managed large Marketing and R&D departments and was part of the primary division management team. I was responsible for products which generated several hundred million dollars annual revenue.
I have broad experience in telecom, communications and contact centers business processes and managed large scale software and hardware systems marketing and development including many of today's NICE Systems infrastructure products. Among my other responsibilities I also managed business and technical partnerships with partners like Siemens, Alcatel and Avaya.
