I have expertise in helping people find career direction. By applying a 3-step process, clients determine what they need in their career to be happy. They gain insight into how they can be use their skills and talents in meaningful ways and how to align their career goals with a sense of purpose.
I have written a career guide, Fast Track Your Career: Three Steps for Finding Work You Love that contains several career planning exercises. I also use career assessments such as the Myers-Brigss Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory and Skillscan.
Once clients decide a career direction, we map out a transition or job search plan, update their resume, and work on interviewing skills.

I have been a career counselor for more than 13 years and business owner for more than 6 years.
I've worked with creative clients; corporate executives in the technology, marketing, sales, and human resources functions; managers in the hotel and tourism industry; professionals in higher education; and entrepreneurs. The kind of work I do includes teaching, presenting, program development, counseling and coaching in the areas of career management and professional development.
