She holds both a MBA in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, has held board of director positions for national and regional non-profits and for one of California's largest chambers of commerce. She has served as an adjunct faculty instructor at the university level and is a member of the American Marketing Association, Institute of Management Consultants, Human Capital Institute, International Association of Coaches and the National MBA Association.
