I provide consultation to "Job Seekers" from new grads to executives and work with them on: creating a successful resume, marketing themselves, interview preparation (including behavior based), salary negotiation, immigration consultation (determine if they qualify and how to proceed), cost of living analysis and negotiating a relocation package.
Basically, I can help you get the best job with the best pay! Since I have spent 12 years as a consultant within Human Resource departments I know how corporations operate and the "tricks" they use to hire you for less than you are worth. I will coach you on how to deal with the corporate recruiter, the hiring manager and the entire interview team - they all have different agenda's.
Entire process from resume writing to starting your new job takes an average of 2-4 hours of consultation and could get you an extra $5,000 per year in salary (based on an intermediate level Engineer).
