In addition to a background in executive recruiting, she has over 20 years experience at the director and manager level, in marketing, advertising, brand building and talent acquisition with some of the nation's largest Fortune 500 media companies. Her experience spans print, online, ethnic media and television advertising mediums. She holds both a MBA in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, has held board of director positions for national and regional non-profits and for one of California's largest chambers of commerce. She has served as an adjunct faculty instructor at the university level and is a member of the American Marketing Association, Institute of Management Consultants, Human Capital Institute, International Association of Coaches and the National MBA Association.
